​The United Nations Developers Implementing the Betterment Stimulus (UNDIBS) is a privately funded service organization led by individuals^ who invest their time with us on programs which offer motivational health, wellness, and economic incentive programs for citizens and organizations.

UNDIBS members assist in the organization of the statutory nomenclature of the currently mostly held in stealth Assurance Systems Act and the assisting verbiage such as STAPLES, OPMACHS, and Universe Entity  which identifies the monetary entity (or creates a new entity, if another is needed), the leadership, and the budgets for the Qualitative Phasing rounds, all of which is to be publicized for the general public immediately prior to the initiation of recordings, legislatively.

UNDIBS members also assist in the organization of:

• the budget for Qualitative Phasing (QP) Round #1 phasing into the economy via a ten year cycle with four periods of economic variance​​
• the iterations and inclusions for QP Round #2 and onward, indefinitely expanding through the edges and back to ensure the sustainability of life
