Such helped create the equations enabling USOs expansion into STAPLES areas, as well as assistance with expansion and education via USDIBS, UNDIBS, and DIBS (US and UN Departments and/or Divisions Implementing Beta Services) to enable:
*intellectual properties held by various independent organizations which include copyrights, classified materials, unpublished materials, and stealth registered Patent Application Pending properties protecting various Intellectual Property and private patent-classified materials which may or may not be in whole or partially referenced, alluded to, and/or encoded either within the verbiage of USDIBS materials, the Betterment Stimulus verbiage and nomenclature, organizations related to or supporting or assisting in USOs and/or the Betterment Stimulus property verbiage, and/or Bills, Acts, statues, Constitutional amendments, laws and/or drafts of such which have been promulgated and/or are private or held in a stealth mode.

- the Universe Entity (UE) designation, which is currently used to identify areas of USOs service and utilization areas, such as either 1) an entity which hosts a habitat(s) supporting living animals and/or humans on: a planet other than Earth, on a minor planet (Asteroid), inside or on a moon, or, 2) an entity (a satellite, spaceship, spacecraft, levitating object, and/or craft facilitating electromagnetic spectrum waves (communications) and/or gravitational waves) with or without a habitat which supports living animals and/or humans which moves thru STAPLES areas (which includes Earth)
- six-hundred-eighty-one (681) languages (including English) and fleet/satellite/spacecraft communications in use by the commercial and civilian sectors of earth, space, moons, minor planets, and planets other than earth
- other languages (machine and similar) and communications data as required by shielded organizations to enable efficient cooperation, communications, and safe transportation (including by the military sectors of a nation) thru such protected specific sectors of earth, space, moons, minor planets, and planets other than earth
